During this 6-week program, kids will be learning core, body weight, weight training and cardio exercises with a focus on varied movements.

Sept 24 will be the “Vertical Games” where athletes will compete for prizes! Friends and family welcome to cheer on our keiki!

This will be at Aloha Kihei CrossFit, a world class gym with all the equipment needed to help our youth become the best athlete’s they can be.

This program will be taught by Coach Alana, also some guest coaches teaching specific weight training techniques.

Athletes will learn they are capable of so much more than they think, while having fun in the process! Coach Alana will also be teaching life lessons on nutrition, helping kids build a foundation of healthy living to become all that God created them to be.

After every workout, there will be a “huddle” where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible Devotional, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that our youth can maximize their potential when they grow physically, mentally and spiritually.

One of our core values is making our programs accessible to all. If you cannot afford a donation, you are welcome to participate for free. For those who are able, we encourage to donate something but it is up to each family to determine what they are willing to pay for these training opportunities.
