DESCRIPTION:For boys & girls ages 2.5-5yrs old (Must show proof of age!) \n6 weeks on Wednesdays and Saturdays \nMarch 5th- April 12th \n10:30am-11:00am \n@ Aloha Kihei CrossFit \nPurchase Tickets Here. \n\n(please wear tennis shoes and workout shorts\, and bring a water bottle) \nDuring this 6-week program\, kids will be learning core movements\, body weight and cardio exercises to build athleticism while building healthy habits for health and wellness. \nThis will be at Aloha Kihei CrossFit\, a world-class gym with all the equipment needed. \nThis program will be taught by Coach Alana who is a certified CrossFit Kids Coach and Level 2 Trainer and Coach Adrienne\, a Level 1 Online CrossFit Coach. \nAs part of every session\, there will be a “huddle” where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible message\, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ.
