DESCRIPTION:For boys & girls ages 2.5-5yrs old (Must show proof of age!) \n6 weeks on Wednesdays and Saturdays \nMarch 5th- April 12th \n10:30am-11:00am \n@ Aloha Kihei CrossFit \nPurchase Tickets Here. \n\n(please wear tennis shoes and workout shorts\, and bring a water bottle) \nDuring this 6-week program\, kids will be learning core movements\, body weight and cardio exercises to build athleticism while building healthy habits for health and wellness. \nThis will be at Aloha Kihei CrossFit\, a world-class gym with all the equipment needed. \nThis program will be taught by Coach Alana who is a certified CrossFit Kids Coach and Level 2 Trainer and Coach Adrienne\, a Level 1 Online CrossFit Coach. \nAs part of every session\, there will be a “huddle” where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible message\, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ. DESCRIPTION:Vertical Sports Spring Break Baseball Clinic – March 17 AND 18 \n9:00 am -11:00 am \nKalama Park Batting Cages \nFor ages 7-13 \nThis clinic will emphasize the fundamentals of hitting and pitching. What to bring – water bottle\, glove\, bat\, helmet\, cleats. This Camp Is Limited to the first 24 athletes to sign up. \nJoin Vertical Sports Director of Baseball and Athletics\, Tim Kuykendall\, as he teaches the importance of building a strong fundamental base for hitting\, throwing\, and pitching. Coach Kuykendall is a former Division I baseball player where he earned All Pac 10 honors at Washington State University as well as Pac 10 North Player of the Year in 1989. He was elected into the Washington State Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2022 as a successful high school baseball coach in Washington State. \nOnce registered\, you will get emailed a QR code. Present this QR code upon arrival to check-in. \nOur mission is to inspire & equip youth through sport. We aim to develop the complete athlete\, physically\, mentally & spiritually. \nThere is so much to learn through the game beyond just baseball skills\, but also to live out the purpose God created us for.
