DESCRIPTION:Starts Tuesday\, Sept 9th and ends Thursday\, Oct. 16th (6 weeks) \nYouth ages 6-14: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm \n@ Aloha Kihei CrossFit \nBecause of limited space\, please only sign up if your child can participate in at least 80% of classes. \n(please wear tennis shoes and workout shorts\, and bring a water bottle) \nDuring this 6-week program\, kids will be learning core\, body weight\, weight training and cardio exercises with a focus on varied movements. This will be at Aloha Kihei CrossFit\, a world-class gym   with all the equipment needed to help our youth become the best athletes they can be. This program will be taught by Coach Alana who is a certified CrossFit Kids Coach and Level 2 Trainer and it will have a heavy teaching emphasis on nutrition! Athletes will learn they are capable of so much more than they think while having fun in the process! \nAfter every workout\, there will be a “huddle” where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible message\, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that our youth can maximize their potential when they grow physically\, mentally and spiritually. \nFor further questions\, email tim@verticalsportsmaui@gmail.com \nVertical Sports Maui is a 501c3 non-profit organization. \nAll our programs are funded and made possible primarily through donations. \nOne of our core values is making our programs accessible to all. If you cannot afford a donation\, you are welcome to participate for free.
