DESCRIPTION:GET TICKETS HERE! \nCrossFit starts Tuesday\, Feb 17 and ends Thursday\, April 2nd (6 weeks) \nYouth ages 6-14: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm@ Aloha Kihei CrossFit \n(please wear tennis shoes and workout shorts\, and bring a water bottle) \nDuring this 6-week program\, kids will be learning core\, body weight\, weight training and cardio exercises from Coach Alana who is a certified CrossFit Kids Coach and Level 2 Trainer. These sessions take place at Aloha Kihei CrossFit\, a world-class gym with all the equipment needed to help our youth become the best athletes they can be. There will be a heavy teaching emphasis on nutrition. Athletes will learn they are capable of so much more than they think while having fun in the process! \nAfter every workout\, there will be a “huddle” where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible message\, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ.
