Agility is the ability to change direction quickly\, stay balanced\, react under control\, and move efficiently in competitive situations. Great movement is a major key to athletic performance in every sport. \nCoach Triston Hite specializes in helping athletes develop body control\, footwork\, explosiveness\, coordination\, reaction time\, and overall athletic movement patterns that translate directly into competition. Triston currently plays college football at Chadron State College in Nebraska and is passionate about helping athletes maximize their athletic potential. \nThese workouts are open to all ages and skill levels.
