Great movement is a major key to athletic performance in every sport. \nCoach Triston Hite specializes in helping athletes develop body control\, footwork\, explosiveness\, coordination\, reaction time\, and overall athletic movement patterns that translate directly into competition. Triston currently plays college football at Chadron State College in Nebraska and is passionate about helping athletes maximize their athletic potential. \nThese workouts are open to all ages and skill levels. SUMMARY:Volleyball Clinic
DESCRIPTION:This four-week volleyball clinic is for youth ages 7-13 and is held on Wednesdays\, 8/5\, 8/12\, 8/19\, and 8/26 from 4:30pm-6:00pm. \nAthletes will learn skills to improve their volleyball abilities and overall fitness. \nAfter every session\, there will be a “huddle” where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible message\, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ.
