DESCRIPTION:September 6 @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm For youth ages 6-17yrs \n\nWednesday’s: \n\n2-3:30pm \n\nSaturday’s: \n\n12-1:30pm \n\nFirst day: August 2 \n\nLast Day (Vertical Games): September 9 \n\nNOTE: No class on Sept 2 \n\n@ Aloha Kihei CrossFit \n\nRegister HERE! \n\n(please wear tennis shoes and workout shorts\, and bring a water bottle) \n\nDuring this 6-week program\, kids will be learning core\, body weight\, weight training and cardio exercises with a focus on varied movements. \n\nThe last day will be the “Vertical Games” where athletes will compete for prizes! Friends and family welcome to cheer on our keiki! \n\nThis will be at Aloha Kihei CrossFit\, a world class gym with all the equipment needed to help our youth become the best athlete’s they can be. \n\nThis program will be taught by Coach Alana who is a certified Level 1 CF-OL1 Trainer\, and Terri Nicholson who is also a Level 1 CF-OL1 Trainer who will lead the 6-11yr olds. \n\nThis program will have a heavy teaching emphasis on nutrition which we are very excited for! \n\nAthletes will learn they are capable of so much more than they think\, while having fun in the process! \n\nAfter every workout\, there will be a “huddle” where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible Devotional\, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ.
