Oregon State is hosting the 4th annual “Maui Jim Maui Classic” women’s basketball tournament this December!!
Division 1 College teams in attendance:
Oregon State, BYU, San Jose State, Northern Arizona
Tickets for this event are on Wednesday December 18th, 2019 (see other event for Thursday game pass)
General seating ALL DAY PASS at $10
Court-side tickets ALL DAY PASS at $50
There are 20 TOTAL all day court-side tickets available, where you can catch the action up close and personal!
Games this day (Dec 18) will be:
5:30pm Brigham Young Cougars vs San Jose State Spartans
7:30pm Oregon State Beavers vs Northern Arizona Lumberjacks
Games will be played at the Lahaina Civic Center, Maui, Hi.
Oregon State ranked #6 in this years pre-season national rankings! They went to the sweet 16 last year and they will be exciting to watch!
BYU went 26-7 last season as they headed to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. They are looking to be another Top 25 nationally ranked team.
San Jose State will be exciting to watch as senior point guard Fieme’a Hafoka is a Lahainaluna High School graduate in Lahaina Hawaii!! She will lead her team for the second season at the team captain. There will be many local fans out to support Fieme’a this year as it is the first time a local girl from Maui has come back to play a D1 women’s basketball game on the Island where she grew up playing most of her middle school and high school games in this very gym!
Northern Arizona from the Big Sky Conference is a young dynamic team who will be looking to improve their 13-18 record from last season. They will be up for the challenge with a tough non-conference schedule, hoping to use this tournament to strengthen them leading into their conference season.
