Inspiring Through Sports
We continue to expand to different sports, with a mission to develop the total athlete: body, mind, and spirit. We put together world-class programs believing our youth deserve the best. Each sport will have coaches that are experts in that particular sport. Kids do not need previous experience in any particular sport since our coaching is directed at levels that range from beginner to elite. We love to see kids participate in many of our different sports programs as they continue to be inspired to step into all God has for their lives.
Sports Camp
Every summer, in partnership with Hope Chapel Maui, we fly out 11 world class coaches from the mainland, leading 8 different sports for hundreds of kids over the course of a 5 day camp.
Maui Classic
Every year since 2015, we present a college women’s NCAA basketball tournament in partnership with Oregon State. Before the tournament, teams go into local Maui schools to do basketball clinics, school assemblies, and reading & literacy programs.
Baseball Camp
We bring Major League baseball players to pour into our youth. We believe there is greatness inside every person and we help train the greatness to come out!
Elite Basketball Camp
This summer camp is held specifically for High School students who are serious about taking their game to the next level. For this camp we bring in NBA players and trainers while making camp affordable and accessible to all.
Tournaments
At the end of each of our ongoing programs we have tournaments. We train kids physically, mentally and spiritually to grow into the total athlete. We put our youth to the test in tournaments where we have fun competing against one another and putting into practice what we have learned.
Ongoing Programs
Outside of our camps, at Vertical Sports we host ongoing sports programs for kids throughout the year. Each program usually ends with a Tournament.
Beach Baptisms
This might be the most special part of what we do! We have seen kids, coaches and family members get baptized with us after being impacted by the power of God through Vertical Sports.
