We use the power of sports to inspire and equip youth—on the field and in life. Every program we run is designed to ignite confidence, strengthen character, and create a community where kids feel seen, supported, and inspired to rise.
On an island still rebuilding, we’re giving Maui’s youth a place to grow, dream, and belong. From high‑energy camps to skill-developing clinics and year‑round mentorship, we’re shaping the next generation with excellence, integrity, and hope.
We’re not just running sports programs—we’re raising leaders. And we can’t do it alone. Whether you volunteer, donate, or help spread the word, you become part of a movement that’s transforming lives one young athlete at a time.

We have seasonal sports programs that run throughout the year which run on a donation basis!
These programs include:

Sports Camp
Once again, we are flying out over many world-class coaches from the mainland to lead 14 different sports for over 600 kids throughout a 5-day camp. We are so excited to host this impactful camp that kids come back to year after year! Certain sports fill very quickly so register

Maui Classic
Every year since 2015, we present a college women’s NCAA basketball tournament in partnership with Oregon State. Before the tournament, teams go into local Maui schools to do basketball clinics anschool assemblies. In 2025 the teams were: Oregon State, University of Hawaii, Montana State University, and Liberty University.

Sports Ministry Conference
Each year we host a sports ministry conference to equip the people of God to do the work of God, in the context of sport. This year we have an all-star cast of Sports Ministry Veterans from Kingdom Sports who will be presenting workshops to enable us to improve our skills in integrating faith into coaching and everyday life.

Kit Lauer Memorial Scholarship
Are you entering college or are you currently in college? Has your life been affected in any way through the ministry of Vertical Sports Maui? If so, we invite you to apply for this year’s scholarship.
Ongoing Programs and Tournaments
Outside of our camps, at Vertical Sports we host ongoing sports programs for kids throughout the year. At the end of some of our ongoing programs and clinics we have tournaments. We train kids physically, mentally and spiritually to grow into the total athlete. We put our youth to the test in tournaments where we have fun competing against one another and putting into practice what we have learned.
Beach Baptisms
This might be the most special part of what we do! We have seen kids, coaches and family members get baptized with us after being impacted by the power of God through Vertical Sports.
