1. SPONSOR
   This sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Vertical Sports Maui, LLC, located in Kihei, Hawaii (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Southwest Airlines Co. Southwest Airlines is a prize provider only.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Southwest Airlines, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of
   their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
   The Promotion begins on at 12:00 AM Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HST) on October 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HST) on October 20, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
4. HOW TO ENTER
   *NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. *
   You may enter the Giveaway without taking any additional action or making a donation in one of the following ways:
   a) Online Free Entry Form – Complete the free entry form at: https://verticalsportsmaui.com/. One free entry per person per day (up to a maximum of 11 total entries).
   b) Mail-In Entry – Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received within 5 days. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3×5 card and mail it to:

NOTE: Each eligible set of required actions constitutes one (1) entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or not received due to technical errors or failures of any kind.

5. BONUS ENTRIES (2 ways)
   Participants may earn additional entries through any or all of the following methods during the Promotion Period, subject to limits stated below:
   
   A. Engagement-Bonus:
   To enter, visit Vertical Sports Maui’s official Instagram page (@verticalsportsmaui) during the Promotion Period and follow the entry instructions posted therein, which may include:
   a) Following Vertical Sports Maui’s official Instagram account; and
   b) Tag three (3) or more friends in the comments of the giveaway post for one (1) additional entry per day; and
   c) Share the designated giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @verticalsportsmaui for one (1) additional entry per day.
   
   B. Donations-Bonus:
   During the Promotion Period, individuals who make a voluntary donation to Vertical Sports Maui may receive bonus entries as a thank-you. Structure:
   ○ $25 donation → 3 bonus entries
   ○ $50 donation → 5 bonus entries
   ○ $100 donation → 15 bonus entries
   ○ Become a monthly donor at $50/mo → 50 bonus entries
   ○ Become a monthly donor at $100/mo → 125 bonus entries

NOTE: Taking any additional action or making a donation is not required to enter or win. Bonus entries are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems fraudulent or in violation of these Rules. Your Instagram account must be public during the contest so your bonus entries can be verified.

6. PRIZES – THREE (3)
   a) Grand Prize: “Holiday Travel Pass” (1 winner) — Two (2) domestic one-way passes on Southwest Airlines
   b) “Visit Family on the Mainland Pass” (1winner) — One (1) domestic one-way pass on Southwest Airlines
   c) “Adventure Getaway Pass” (1 winner) — One (1) domestic one-way pass on Southwest Airlines
   
   Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize pass: Up to $600.00 USD. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. No substitution of prizes except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs which may be associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The prizes consist of Southwest Airlines one‐way flight passes. Flight passes are valid for domestic travel only within the United States and may be used for any available Southwest Airlines route between any two domestic cities served by the airline. Each pass is valid for a single one‐way itinerary and cannot be combined or converted into a single round‐trip ticket. Flight passes must be fully redeemed and travel completed on or before December 31, 2026. Unused passes will expire on that date and will not be replaced, extended, or refunded. Passes are subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by Southwest Airlines, including fare availability, blackout dates, seat availability, and operational limitations. Vertical Sports Maui is not responsible for airline policies, schedule changes, cancellations, or any additional costs incurred by the winner.

7. WINNER SELECTION
   One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about five (5) business days after the close of the Promotion Period. The random drawing is the sole method of winner selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
   The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or by the email address or contact information associated with their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt, or if the potential winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or in non-compliance with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. Receipt of the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
   Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further payment, consideration, review, or approval.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the
    Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. PRIVACY
    Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and communicating with participants, and will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on Sponsor’s website. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein. Sponsor will not sell or rent participants’ personal information to third parties except as required to administer the Promotion or as required by law.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, SOUTHWEST AIRLINES CO., AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, HARM, LITIGATION, AND LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.
    Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; (ii) communications line failure; (iii) theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, entries; or (iv) entries not received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.
13. SPONSOR DECISIONS
    All decisions made by Sponsor regarding this Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility of entries, interpretation of these Rules, selection of winners, and resolution of disputes, are final and binding in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into regarding Sponsor decisions.

14. COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
    This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.
