We are excited to host two Speed & Agility workouts with Triston Hite!
Speed and agility training helps athletes improve the way they move in sport. Speed is the ability to accelerate, run efficiently, and move explosively. Agility is the ability to change direction quickly, stay balanced, react under control, and move efficiently in competitive situations. Great movement is a major key to athletic performance in every sport.
Coach Triston Hite specializes in helping athletes develop body control, footwork, explosiveness, coordination, reaction time, and overall athletic movement patterns that translate directly into competition. Triston currently plays college football at Chadron State College in Nebraska and is passionate about helping athletes maximize their athletic potential.
These workouts are open to all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a beginner athlete just learning movement fundamentals or an elite athlete looking to sharpen performance, there is always room to improve your athleticism.
